Client bug (Masteries)

Ok so we all know that menu when you are already in champ select trying to change your masteries or edit them. I was trying to edit a page and it didn't work, everything was stuck, tried to delete it and got the same result, it was like i was doing nothing, i couldn't get my points into anything, i couldn't take them out nor delete any mastery page. odd.
