Terrible FPS after newest Patch -

Hey everyone,

I uninstalled League a day before the season ended. I just reinstalled the game after today, about 8:30 pm PST. Every game I've entered a game I'm having terrible FPS issues that I've never had before. My computer has more than the required spec's to run LoL. When I have entered into a game I've turned shadows off and all low quality graphics, yet nothing has changed. My FPS is running around 10-20FPS I don't know how to fix it and there doesn't seem to be a reasonable thread for this issue yet. Is anyone else having this issue?
