Nidalee Cougar Q Bypasses Jax's E [Gameplay]

I played a game as Nidalee jungle yesterday and went up against a Jax. Multiple times during the game I was able to use my Cougar Form Q (Takedown) on Jax while his E (Counterstrike) was active. Not only did it bypass his 100% dodge chance during the time, but it also killed him multiple times.
