A bug me and my friends have found concerning katarina. Not too sure what cause this bug, but whenever it happens, you can not cast q or recall. Leaving and reconnecting hasn't proved to be a reliable fix to the bug in-game.
ive tried posting about this glitch several times but since riot seems to hate assassins right now i would expect it to get fixed anytime soon. heres my post where i explain this glitch more and what i think causes it check it out and give me some feedback. :O or at the very least upvote it or something cuz ive been seeing people complain about this for months but since riot either A. hates assassins or B. just hasnt seem any of the many posts complaing about this issue it hasnt gotten fixed :O
I also know someone with this bug. Its quite a big setback in a game. I hope Riot looks into it.
