[v9.17.286.7872] TFT Orb of Enlightenment no longer charging and missions not progressing

After patch tonight Orb of Enlightenment charges don't go up. Played 2 matches and still 0 charges. Missions doesn't progress as well, been at 0 progress for several hours.

Same thing. I saw the missions when I first logged in but now they all disappeared.
