Logged in on another computer

So far, whenever I try to queue up in a game everything is fine until a few seconds into champion select, all of a sudden I get a Pop up saying my account was logged in on another computer, then my client crashes. Restart my client and log back in and I now have a 5 minute wait added to my queue for leaving a game in progress... due to this lovely issue

First, my account has NOT logged in on another computer, there have been zero changes to my account since I last logged in (No added games, no changes to my password, no purchases, nothing whatsoever)

Second, punishing a player for what seems to be a client based issue seems to be extremely unfair and really should be removed or changed.
