BUGSPLAT MAKES ME A leaver buster

hi riot i've played a couple of times and i got a bugsplat 7/10 games i tried to redwonload the game to fix the problem but it is'nt working . that bugsplat makes me dc for 4 mins and after i get back tot he game i always get the warning sign for a leaver buster and right now i got 5 mins que waiting for being a leaver buster .... what can i do about the bugsplat ? please i need help
