Khazix can fly high even tho no wings are nearby

So today i played game of kha (EU-west), the game goes on and on, once i lvled up to 11 i upgraded my E spell (jump) cosmic(wings), even tho i didnt pay really much attention to my character, i found out that i dont have any Wings (Tier 2 jump)later on, since i played on really low elo, nobody else realised that exept me, once i evolved E(jump), i saw wings at the beginning but later on this game i saw wings were dissapeared, this bug might have happend during Guardian Angel revive process, anyways thats all i could possibly remember/tell, i thinks this bug could be really brutal in high tier games.
