Opening Red Envelope Deletes Items

twice now I've opened a red envelope and had items go missing. The first time it happened a game ended and I was rewarded one red envelope a champion capsule for passing a level. ok fine whatever I go into my loot tab and open this red envelope and got some lunar tokens. go back into my loot tab and cant find the champion capsule. gone. poof. second time it happened I got a red envelope after finishing a match. I got into the loot tab opened it up and got 10 tokens and an emote. it was a heimer dinger emote called raise your donger. fine whatever I look in my collection tab for it none nothing. nope not a thing.

so twice after opening a red envelope I've had items disappear.
