Players not muted in end game

Ever since one of the more recent updates, when I mute a player in game they are magically un-muted in the end game screen. This is especially frustrating when I'm trying to enjoy my game experience with LoL (which is already hard thanks to the community), and I mute somebody because of abuse/harassment just to find that they are bashing me as soon as the game ends and I can see it all. It didn't use to be this way. I remember a peaceful time when I could mute somebody in the game and they would be permanently, leaving me free of abuse for the rest of that game. Just please, notice this post and fix this. I'm sure I am not the only one who feels this way.
