Windows 8.1 PC freezes after logging in

After the latest update, my PC freezes everytime I log in, thus I do a hard shutdown. The solution I am providing now kind of solved the case.

(Partial) Solution : Right click LoL Client. Select "Properties -> Compatibility -> Change settings for all users -> Run this program in Compatibility Mode for Windows 7 "

Now, the screen freezes for 10-15 seconds when I login and everything acts normal afterwards. But I still have that freeze, thus I consider this issue as a bug.

I have win 7 and happens to me too, after every login, my computer freezes, even video running in browser stops playing. It resumes to work after 20-30 sec. but it is really annoying
