I Just got overcharged for RP on a champ in game

I bought 2800 RP and when I bought a skin worth 975 ( Muay Thai Lee Sin ) it charged me over and now I have 855 RP. What just happened?

Its just a bug. This happens to me all the time. try buying something 975 or under. Also, is muay thai lee 1350?
