If you bugsplat during loadscreen as Riven you can't leave fountain unless leave and reconnect.

I saw it happen once and i saw a redditor make a post about it. Both were playing riven and bugsplatted during loading screen and when they connected they couldnt leave fountain just like the first 15 seconds of the game. They couldn't get out with Q's or flash. The issue could be resolved by leaving the game and reconnecting. I wasn't able to recreate the bug because i don't know how to force a bugsplat.
