Ward Bug

Me and my friends got into a normal drafts game and was choosing are champs, runes, masteries etc.

One of my friend then went to choose his ward skin. He click the tab, and accidentally chose the same ward he was using before opening the tab.

his game then crashed and gave him a leave buster.

has anyone else come across this?
