Account transfers are not working properly for everyone

Account transfer are not working.

2 days ago I bought 25 dollars of rp in 2 of my accounts to transfer them from LAN to EUW. Every time I bought the transfer to EUW the client would load and then tell me the transfer had worked just fine. But when I restarted the client and tried to log back in from my new server it didn't work and I could still log in in my old server plus no rp had been spent. I tried several times on 2 different accounts to no success. I reinstalled my game, rebooted the computer and tried again but it didn't work either.

I searched online, and saw this one post from someone with the same bug, trying to transfer his account from EUW to NA, ( I left a link to the post) . Meaning I'm not the only one with this bug.

So here is what would happen step by step.

1. I'd buy the account transfer for 2600rp to EUW.
2. Client would load and tell me to wait a couple of minutes for the transfer to work
3. The client told me the transfer worked and there was a button restart
4. I'd click on it, it would close the game
5. And when I reopened the client again I couldn't log in in EUW and could still in LAN

If you are wondering why am posting this from an NA forum, I submitted a ticket to rioters from LAN who didn't seem to care at all and basically told me there was nothing to do but wait. What's more there is no disclaimer in the store warning buyers that the transfers may not work, and some people like me are spending money for transfers that do not work... Hopefully in NA someone will look at the bug and try to fix it.
