weird flash bug when i was playing riven

i was playing on my other account and played riven when i was at the botlane bush i tried to flash w over the wall when i did i got instantly frozen and could not cast abilities even tho my q seemed to have been used i think i might have gotten stuck in a wall? idek what happened but i just stood there and died, happened near dragon pit btw
