Error while purchasing RP

Well, exactly that. I get an error when i try to pay RP either by paypal or credit card, whatever i tried seems to pull that error. Dunno if anyone else is suffering this. P.S.: There IS money on the bank, so i have no idea whatever else could be causing this.
