Twisted Fate E glitch

When playing Twisted Fate, say you auto once or twice and have some stacks on his E (not enough to have the spinning cards around him), and then you level up his E without breaking the stack amount, it resets it to 0. Not game-breaking but it is mildly inconvenient. Figured it would be an easy fix for Riot as well.
