Does anyone have a solution for this? I can't accept the terms when it's zoomed like this.
EDIT: SOLVED If anyone has this problem just press tab a few times and you'll be able to see the accept button.

Glad your issue is solved! Here's another solution for any others that might not be able to use Tab to accept the Terms.
First, open your Control Panel. You can do this from the Start menu. When the panel opens, click on Appearance and Personalization:

Then, click on Display:

And finally, select the "Smaller - 100% (default)" option, then click Apply:

Re-launch your patcher after that and let me know if you're still having issues. :)
