Client froze and disconnected everyone in ranked, lost 3lp

The client bugged when I was in a solo queue champ select. The screen didn't have anything except the map of summoners rift. I waited around 30 seconds because I was afraid of losing the lp. After that, I was brought to the lobby, but I still lost lp even though I didn't dodge... Also, my duo partner also lost lp for dodging even though neither of us did.
