I found a bug that may be known.

I played a ranked and found a funny bug :), There was a heimerdinger on the enemy team and his turrets where bugged. The Heimer's turrets kept hitting you without of course leaving you damage but the animation was still there in the whole map. for example: I recall to my base and a turret that heimer put in baron (where it hit me once) kept hitting me everywhere. I saw one of my friend playing ranked also and he faced the same bug.
