2 wins promote game no climb

hi i am in silver 4 and i am in promo and i have win 2 promote games and i have supose to climb to silver 3 but instead it say congrutulation u are now in promote game and im still in silver 4 and my promo game is restart, please someone help me , i know i just can told myself :fok that i will just win another 2 games but i have bad experience , one time i was promo bronze 1 and then i had like 10 defeat in a row , so much defeat i fall bronze 2 , sorry for bad english, anyway i am too impatient to play LoL again so i will just win another 2 more games fok that, but if riot u see this at least u guys owe me like 40 lp point, sorry if i sound disrespectful , trust me im real gentle person.
