[GAMEPLAY] Karma auto attacking bug (major issue)

Lately I've been coming across an issue while playing Karma that will force me to auto attack the nearest champion and completely stop me from being able to cast, move, or even cancel the auto attacking command during fights.

I can't 100% find the cause because it doesn't always happen the same way but here seem to be the most common occurences:

It generally doesn't happen until several minutes into the game.

It seems to usually happen when I cast her W on an enemy champ. I've also had it happen to me when I cast E while an enemy champ is nearby as well. There are even times where, when I am running away and I cast e or w, it forces me to run toward the enemy champion and attempt to auto attack no matter what. I can't control her at all during this bug.

I disabled my attack move keybindings so I know its not that.

I also noticed that overall her auto attacking just seems to be inconsistent and unresponsive at times.

It's becoming frequent enough that it's seriously hampering gameplay and making karma unusable. Any help or response would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!!
