[Client] Post game issue with client

(Not the issue in question however it needs to be explained in order to replicate the issue) Every time I start the client it never remembers the resolution I have set it to. It always reverts back to 1024x576.

Upon completion of a game, after clicking "Victory" or "Defeat," instead of bringing me to the new honor screen or the post game lobby I will be exited to and there will be a small sliver of the top left corner of the client left. I can click and drag it around but can only close it by killing it from the task manager.

After trying a couple of different things I discovered that, when re-launching the client, if I do not change the resolution this problem does not occur. Methinks the two are somehow related however I don't know enough to make that conclusion for certain.

Potentially relevant information:

1. I am running SLI configured EVGA GTX 1070 FTWs.
2. My windows resolution is 3840x2160 with 200% scaling.
3. I have two 4k UHD 144hz monitors.
4. I often will have both Discord and Chrome running while I play, though I have tested it with nothing but League running and the problem persists, leading me to believe this may not be a factor.
5. I have attempted to run in both normal and administrator mode but no difference is discerned.

I will continue to just leave the resolution alone until the next update at which point I will try it again and update on any changes.
