sound and video problem after win 10 big update in game

lol today worked fine but i got a notfication of win 10 bug update and my premision.i instaled update and evrything semms to work fine expect lol.didnt know that until i come to play with my frends and game is been unplayable and i left bcs i was been nervous.sounds work half seconds and then stop half seconds whole game.video freezes every 2-5 seconds and this is iritating.i set graphics to low overclocked cpu and gpu try some other fixes and full repair and sfc scannow in cmd didnt help ccleaner didnt help. fx 6350 rx460 asus oc 4gb 8gb ddr3 gigabyte ga970ud3p ssd kingston... help. sry for my english xD
