Bug with Rammus and new Katarina

There seems to be a bug occuring when Katarina throws a dagger onto a Rammus as long as he is in his Q. Basically it is like this: begins using his q. At that moment, throws a dagger ontop of him. Now, wont be able to go out of the red ring shown by 's dagger on the ground as long as he is in his q form. I saw this occuring once in a Co-op vs AI game, where it happened between the -bot and the -bot.
