Blank Screen? and stuff

I have three problems.

1. When i log in i have a blank screen. you can see so with the attachment blankclient picture.
2. i have no store perhaps related to the blank screen after login issue but figured i would put it in here attachment nostore picture.
3. This has been going on for months and other people have been having it as well so not sure if it just isnt there anymore but my public chat is unclickable. attachment nopublicchat.

i hvae reinstalled before but to no avail. Its all just blank and i cant buy or see anything. Any advice?
