Bug report (cant use abilities at start of the game)

Many times when I load into the game i can not use and abilities, wards, or spells. I have to relog multiple times and hope it works. There is no pattern to when it happens but If you dont fix this bug soon im going to stop playing. It not fair to lose lp because your game doesn't work. please fix soon because it is making this game unplayable
