Disconnected from game/ gone forever

I was playing a game when suddenly in the middle of my massacre i got stopped and frozen in disconnect. I waited but nothing happened, so I alt + tab and saw that i wasn't in a game... I alt + tab back in game and then i did a hard exit because i was still disconnected. I was returned to the league of legends main menu with no game to reconnect to...

this was a ranked game and our team was winning by a lot in the first 10 mins. Could somebody of had glitched the game to end it with no results? it's not in my history and i didn't gain nor lose LP.... just disappeared like a ghost. was an easy win for us :(
