[CLIENT] Can't chat, readd or invite a friend to game after he got a name change
My friend "TV D00MC4L1B3R" got a name change to "VNG Zed". I was told he got a name change, but to me he was still "TV D00MC4L1B3R". I can't remember if he could see my messages or not at that point. I figured, if I unfriend him and add him back I would be able to see his new name, but he says he didn't get any new friend requests from me. When I try to add him to a lobby he says he doesn't get any invites. I can still see his messages in party lobby and in game. And he can't see any of my messages in party lobby. He can still normally chat with other people and get invites from them. Also, I can see him online in our club, but if he is in game I can't see how long he is in game or what he is playing.
Before you say he blocked me, I have another person on my friend list whos name was "lyatechi". He also got a name change, but to me he is still "lyatechi". And another person I know has "VNG Zed" as "TV D00MC4L1B3R".

I don't know how frequently I get this bug since I can't know for every person on my friend list when they get a name change.
