Veigar Bug

Anytime I've played veigar over the last two patches (since his rework), the item Rabadon's deathcap will not proc it's extra 30% AP as it just says "(0)" for the bonus ap next to the 30% extra description. I've confirmed it is only a problem with Veigar as other people have used Rabadon's in the same game as me and their bonus 30% AP was appearing. I don't have a screenshot but this is really a staightforward issue I don't think I need a screenshot and I'm not playing another game as Veigar without Rabadon's working correctly to prove it. This needs to be fixed.

I just tested this and can confirm that it is a visual bug only... Veigar still gets bonus AP like normal.

I've seen the bug as well, I'm sure it's just visual

Has been around since 5.5 just a tooltip bug also check the EU boards there is a thread with known bugs or the reddit bug megathread.
