TFT game froze [Gameplay]

tft match starts no problem we select our first champions but they dont appear for us since we cant place we all lose to raptors we buy our champions for the second round but they refuse to fight so we lose to raptors again first fight with players a random person would lose right away with no actual fighting after that the game mode wouldnt progress so now me and 7 others are trapped in a game with no way out
