Disconnecting in my games (EUW)

Hello, and good day! I have the following problem: I get disconnected from the game and become unable to connect after, in the game loading menu receiving instead an error message saying "unable to connect the server. please check your network connection and attemp to reconnect to your game" on a black screen. This happened while in-game. Next match, after champion selection had finished and the loading screen for the game was supposed to pop-up, the same thing happened: the loading screen turned black, and i got the same error message. I strongly suspect the problem lies within the application`s part, not mine: 4 people were disconnected the second match and could not reconnect! I have talked to friends and they complain of related problems. Moreover, even if disconnecting from these two games was not my fault, but rather the fault of the server, I was still punished for it unjustly: both of the matches were considered losses, causing me twice a loss in LP and subsequently demotion, and I also received a leaverbuster. I will provide logs and any other needed resources, as instructed, and hope to be treated fairly in conjuction with the undeserved LP loss and leaverbuster. Wish you all the best!
