Yorick buff glitch

Sorry for the bad quality of the photo, I couldn't screenshot. As shown, I have only blue, but I have all 3 types of buffs circling me. It started after I killed the enemy jungler right before my ult faded. I revived with both buffs, but after their effects faded I was left with the buffs circling around me. I didn't have their effects, but it dampered my enjoyment of the game, because they would focus me to get the buffs I did not have. I asked in all chat who could see it, everybody could. It doesn't seem very common, but it is annoying to play when everybody focuses you solely to get something you do not have. Thank you.
