Mafia Jinx voice-over disappears

Whenever i play Jinx with the Mafia skin selected the entire voice-over just disappears even the line she is supposed to say when she fires her "Zap", sometimes when I kill a champion or kill someone with my Zap Jinx says one line but then it completly disappears again.

Just noticed this myself in a bot game. The first time I've used the skin in a while so I'm glad it's being worked on and not just my imagination.
