Why does my LeagueClient wont open?

I restarted my PC during the Update cause it froze, I restarted and its says an unknown file wont let me open the Client. I deleted everything i redownload everything but it still wont let me open it. Please Send HELP!!!!!!!

When League needs to update I can't open the legacy.

Start League, then login the alpha and let it download there. After its down you can close, reopen and start legacy.
