Rek'Sai Tunnel Bug

I was just playing a LotPK game, and I was Lissandra. We faced a Rek'Sai, and when we pushed to tower, we saw a tunnel. This tunnel was operational; however, when we attempted to destroy the tunnel, the top resource bar was empty and we couldn't destroy it. The tunnel literally just sat there and was indestructible the whole match. Not sure how it happened, just know that it did and made lives miserable as a result.

Dude the same thing just happened in my game, but i was Rek'sai and it was so fun trolling with dat infinite tunnel. It didn't register on my e as a tunnel (it said 3 tunnels but there were actually 4), which meant that i could theoretically put down 11, instead of ten. Since that troll tunnel was halfway across the map in mid lane, i could just ult to it whenever i wanted and it was so troll. I backdoored an inhib because of that tunnel :O
