CANT LOG IN

I was playing a game with master yi and i got disconnected. It didnt let me reconnect and when the game finished i didnt win or lose. I check op.gg and it says 'XmujiX' is not in an active game. When i try to log in it takes me to the game and says unable to reconnect check your internet connection.

Help me please....
