AFK IN RANKED

Hello, I'm sliver lll player and I been suck in this Elo for a bit of time because of AFK. And I get punish by losing Lp that isnt FAIR to me or my random Team mates. I been going through this issue for an week and I would like to do something about this because Reporting an player doesnt work that effectively. And I would like you guys to change it so its much fair because majority of ranked games are fill with Inter and AFK. And a lot of Challenger players can agree on this fact.
