IP Glitches and "Someone has not accepted the match" glitch.

I was trying to gift Xayah to a friend of mine and my client said I had 6347 IP... I went to gift him and it said that I didn't have enough IP. After relogging it now says I only have 5999 IP.

Also, every time I get out of a game, I get the "Someone has not accepted the match" pop up over my Loot, Store, RP and IP that I cannot click out of.

Anyone else having these issues?

So I just got out of some games and it claims I have 6441 IP now but I still can't gift Xayah. =/
