Twisted Fate's Pick a card + Static Shiv Interaction[Gameplay]

There is a bug between TF's Pick a card and static shiv Step 1: Have full stack on static shiv's passive Step 2: TF picks a card from his pick a card ability and lock it in Step 3: Perform an auto attack on a target, preferably more than 1 in the vicinity, and observe Step 4: TF's pick a card will proc, but not static shiv, also static shiv's stacks are reduced to 0 as if it had been proc Bug reproduce rate 100% Summary: If Twisted Fate uses his pick a card ability enhanced auto-attack with fully charged static shiv passive, then if he attacks a target, static shiv will not proc and all charges will be consumed TL;DR static shiv does not work with TF's Pick a card ability
