[LOOT BUG] Problem with my loot that i got

So yesterday i got a box after a match and when i opened it i got some orange essence plus a project Ashe icon, but then it didnt show in the loot collection and so i thought it might be my internet and decided to check the next day when i have good internet which what i did but still nothing, no icon, no essence ;-; ... for now i gotta wait maybe it'll come idk really.. anyone can help me? (Extra info.... yesterday when i was playing i was using the old client because the new one was bugging and lagging a little but when i opened the next day i was using the new client ). plz help qq ;-;
