Oh classic Rito bug client back at it again, Yes this same thing has happen'd before to me in normals where you couldn't select a champ, no one was talking, and once the 0 min rolled out you got kicked from the champ select, that is pretty bs and not worthy of a ban if that was the case, perhaps it was few games ago that someone reported you for harassment etc etc and that Rito let's you know what match got you banned.
