visual glitch wont alow me to know when im under cc anyone know hot to fix this?

ive had this glitch for 5 months and it wont let me see when im in cc i just have to guess if im rooted or stuned idk if this is a setting or if it is a glitch i just cant play the same cuz of this pls help
