Hecarim charging through Event horizon while stunned

Hecarim uses R to close the distance to Veigar, ending up inside Veigar's Event horizon (like literally within the walls), but manages to charge to Veigar with his E, before getting stunned.

I demand Veigar's E be renamed (assuming this is working as intended), as I cannot accept a game where light cannot escape through an event horizon, but a god-dang pony (without skins) can.

Slight joking aside - is Hecarim meant to be able to buffer *¤"/% up like that? Is this working as intended?
