Major bug I'd like to report.

Found out a major bug while playing my last game on main. Turns out our ping tool is absolute trash and we can't communicate decently with people when chat-restricted, thus leading to more loss, thus ending up fueling even more rage and potential toxicity.

Fix a problem by creating another problem. Riot logic.

Stop roaming Reddit and give us a decent communication tool or remove this nonsense chat-restriction.
