Key fragments

I don't know if it's just me, but i'm not dropping any and it is for a very long time. For me i think it's after chat connection issues. Just wanted to make this threat to see if others feel the same and if yes then when will it be repaired?

EDIT1: I just realised that it's not even saying anything in chat when you get a chest. I'm not exacly sure if other servers had chat connection issue and it wasn't from player's fault, but as i said, after this incident no keys. and PLEASE if you're going to say "buy one" or "it's random" just don't do it... EDIT2: This thread is dedicated ONLY to EUNE, as the issues with chat connection were only seen here
