Fiddlesticks Runic echos interaction with dark wind bug

There is a bug going on with fiddlesticks dark wind with runic echos. When the proc is up if you hit a champ with darkwind it factors the damage from dark wind with the bonus damage from as if you procced runic echos on a monster. so a fiddle with 300 or so ap can easily hit someone for 900+ damage with first crow of darkwind.
