Braum Q invisible

I was on enemy team purple side playing Ashe, in que with Leona playing as support. Braum was supporting Twitch. Around 6 minutes in we could no longer see Braum's Q. We saw the frozen path it leaves on the ground but not the actual projectile. I confirmed with Leona that she couldn't see it as well.
