Mordekaiser's w not casting on the correct target.
Played as Morde on Aram i don't use quick cast. Tried cast my w(shield) on an ally but instead it would cast on a random ally instead of the one i chose. Happened every time.

Same thing. Haven't tried it in Rift yet, so don't know if it's just the map.
I can confirm this. It's a little frustrating beause a target that is behind from the teamfight gets the cast instead of a tanky, upfront ally. At the beginning I though it was casted on closer target but it seems that it is on random target like OP says.
Yeah this happened to me yesterday. At first I thought I may have just clicked the wrong person, but the next time I did it the two champions were too far a part. It cast on the one behind me instead of the one out in front like I wanted it too.
